SRAM's proven chain locks for 12-speed Eagle chains. Chain locks allow chains to be closed without the hassle of riveting, and they also allow them to be opened without having to use the chain rivet.
With the new 12-speed chain locks, the halves of the chain lock hold together more tightly. Chain link pliers are therefore required for loosening.

According to the manufacturer, SRAM chain locks are only intended for single use! When installing a new chain, a new chain lock must always be used!
